AI and the Future of Your Nonprofit - Jim Funari, CEO of StratusLIVE
This session presents the vision of organizational transformation likely to occur over the next 3+ years as a result of AI.   We explore the capabilities of AI in the context of the nonprofit organization and discuss specific tasks and roles likely to be impacted.   We make the case for C-suite leadership throughout the journey and raise important questions related to change management, the potential for improved productivity, and the potential for interruption and transformation of personnel and roles in the organization.  StratusLIVE's AI accomplishments in the current products and plans on the roadmap will also be highlighted.

Bob Williamson, Director of Fundraising Operations and Digital Solutions at the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut will share how his organization  is leveraging Power BI with a gateway connection to the StratusLIVE SQL tables in CRM to track KPIs.   He will also discuss how they are leveraging the phone, appointment, and email activities to measure substantive conversations with major gift and workplace key contacts.

This session will address the major enhancements StratusLIVE will introduce in 2025 to the Give at Work and Ignite Digital Engagement products.  A new, streamlined version of Give at Work called Give at Work Professional will be delivered this year in the Ignite technical architecture and will leverage the many capabilities already available in the Ignite platform.
